SugarWOD’s Humble Beginnings
SugarWOD was born from a compelling idea to give back to the CrossFit community that welcomed its’ founders with open arms. By combining technology and design prowess, SugarWOD’s founders created a simple tool that would help athletes track workouts and connect with their community outside of class, while also allowing gym owners and coaches to streamline their scheduling.
Thus, in 2012 SugarWOD was born!

Since our humble beginnings, SugarWOD’s community has grown to over 5,000 box owners.
SugarWOD welcomes all types of fitness businesses and athletes to use our app and software, but we’ve never lost sight of our roots in CrossFit. That’s why we’re thrilled to return to the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games and connect in person with the larger CrossFit community.
SugarWOD Is Headed to the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games
The SugarWOD team will be on-site with our sister brand, Zen Planner, from August 1st – 6th. We’ll be sharing a booth in Vendor Village and spending time in CrossFit’s pop-up affiliate over the course of the week.
