Join SugarWOD at the 2019 CrossFit Games

We are excited to announce that the 2019 CrossFit Games Spectator Workout Area will be powered by SugarWOD and our new friend, Zen Planner! This year, we are partnering with Assault Fitness to allow athletes and gym owners to experience a top-tier affiliate gym setup firsthand. As part of this workout experience, athletes can test the new SugarWOD and Zen Planner integration before it’s live!

Assault Fitness Spectator Workout Area

The Assault Fitness Spectator Workout Area will operate like a top-tier affiliate gym, with each class being led by an experienced coach. Not only that, but we’re pumped to feature some of our programming partners at the Games: CompTrain, ROMWOD, Mayhem and Invictus. Programming for the 2019 CrossFit Games Spectator Workout Area will come from these world-class partners.
We joined forces with Zen Planner to provide the absolute best end-to-end gym experience, and this year’s Spectator Workout Area will show how that vision has become reality. Of course, athletes will be able to download the SugarWOD app to support their friends and fellow athletes with a comment or fist bump. On the backend, Zen Planner will power registration and check-in with their best-in-breed affiliate gym management software. Athletes will also be able to view our BoxTV which will be looping the WOD and leaderboard.

AMRAP 15 Minutes:
6 cal Air Runner
6 Sandbag over shoulder (100/70)
30” Sandbag carry
6 Knees to elbows
30” Sandbag carry
Continue through the AMRAP adding reps each round, ie 6/6/6, 8/8/8, 10/10/10…and so on.

Friday, August 2

Workout Name/Description: “Pour Some Sugar On Me”
With a running clock, complete the following from 0:00-7:00 minutes:

Rest 2 minutes from 7:00-9:00 minutes, then

  • Saturday 8/3 – Gates Open at 9:00 AM, Spectator Workouts 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
