Hours and Response Time

Our office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm in the US Mountain time zone. This is 14.00-22.00 in Europe and 5:00am-1:00pm in Sydney, Australia.  

Our office is closed on all US federal holidays.

Customers and sales inquiries: Response within 1 business day.

Feature requests and bug reports: We love hearing your ideas and appreciate your feedback! We read everything submitted but may not respond to each idea personally.
